Accordingly, we have an array of constantly updated technology and resources including a cleanroom, camera vision defect detection systems, diverging dimensional graders, robotic multi-stage and multi-frequency heated ultrasonic cleaning stations and electromagnetic non-destructive eddy current metallurgical flaw detectors.
To ensure exceptional accuracy, all specifications can be measured using our single and multi-axis laser micrometers, video edge detection optical digital gauging microscopy, linear variable differential transformer for linear displacement positional measuring, split pin gaging, high resolution contact profilometers, semi-micro balance scales, all of which are subject to rigorous independent NIST traceable calibration.
