EDM Metal Cutting

Our EDM cut-off is highly specialized for pins, probes, and other high-volume, small diameter, solid metal parts. Our methods result in parts with the highest CpK and PpK process results. We produce highly repeatable lengths, without end deformation, distortion, or delamination — and do it far more economically than competing methods. By minimizing the need for human handling of your cut parts, process damage such as bending or scratching is eliminated. End features such as squareness and parallelism are tightly held and corner radii are minimal, meeting square cut requirements and allowing for subsequent processes to add radii if needed.
